Members of the HYPREP Environment Club, the GREEN FRONTIERS have planted 50 trees in Primary School Three (3) Bodo and Saint Pius X College, Bodo, Gokana LGA respectively.
The tree planting exercise was in commemoration of the 50th birthday anniversary of the Project Coordinator of HYPREP, Professor Nenibarini Zabbey. The PC commended the gesture, saying tree planting helps to sequester carbon and contributes to food security.
