Project Coordinator of HYPREP, Professor Nenibarini Zabbey is optimistic that the commencement of training of 5000 Ogoni people will make the region a skill hub and stimulate its local economy. He disclosed this at the HYPREP PCO during the kick-off meeting for contractors who will be providing 38 skill training in its sustainable livelihood programme.
