As part of measures to contain repollution and consolidate on the gains of the ongoing cleanup in Ogoniland, HYPREP, on 22nd September 2023 organized a sensitization for ex-artisanal refiners in Mogho, Gokana LGA. Participants who were drawn from the 4 LGAs pledged their commitment to support HYPREP in driving the message against illegal oil refining in Ogoniland. Members of the CSOs were also in attendance.
