Project Coordinator of HYPREP, Professor Nenibarini Zabbey has stated that Civil Society Organizations’ (CSOs) collaboration in the Ogoni Clean-up Programme is critical to its successful implementation, while urging them to step up advocacy against oil theft and illegal oil refineries in the Niger Delta.
Professor Zabbey disclosed this at a one day National Roundtable on HYPREP convened by Celestine Akpobari of the Peoples Advancement Centre (PAC) in Port Harcourt.
