HYPREP POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

One of the core mandates of the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) is to restore the livelihood of Ogoni people. In line with this mandate, HYPREP is set to provide post graduate scholarship for indigenes of Ogoni from the four Local Government Areas (Eleme, Gokana, Khana and Tai) who are currently in a post graduate programme in any recognized university in Nigeria.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Applicant must be currently in a post graduate programme in a recognized university in Nigeria.

2. Applicant must be within the age of 20 to 45 years for Masters and  22 to 55 years for PhD.

3. Applicant must have all credentials ready with inclusion of  Birth Certificate or Age declaration, LGA Identification letter, letter of attestation from Head of Department.

4. Applicant must be an Ogoni indigene from any of the four Local Government Areas (Eleme, Gokana, Khana and Tai)

5. Staff of HYPREP and Federal Ministry of Environment and their immediate family members need not to apply.
